One can only hope that when the campaign gets underway, the mainstream media will challenge McCain on the multiplicity of reversals in his views on just about everything over the past two years, especially considering the fact that he prides himself as a man of integrity who doesn’t change his policy views based on the chance to pick up a few votes.

Of course, Cheney will remain as part of the executive branch right up to the point where he has to be a member of the senate in order to avoid testifying on whatever. Mukasey is a disaster as an attorney general. He was Bush’s boy from the getgo – not ours.

I’m still waiting to see McCain standing at the Iraq-Afghanistan border explaining the danger we face from the population of Sunnis in Iran, which must be somewhere nearby.
