Herman Schwartz

Herman Schwartz is a professor of constitutional law at American University. He the author of "Right-Wing Justice: The Conservative Campaign to Take over the Courts." He has also written "The Struggle for Constitutional Justice in Post-Communist Europe" and "Packing the Courts: The Conservative Campaign to Rewrite the Constitution" and edited and contributed to "The Rehnquist Court: Judicial Activism on the Right" and "The Burger Years: Rights and Wrongs in the Supreme Court 1969-1986." He has written for The New York Times, The Los Angeles Times and regularly for The Nation.
