Didn't Baumgartner Know His Info Would Be Used To Torture People?

Sen. Jack Reed (D-RI) asked Baumgartner if he suspected that the information he gave Haynes on SERE training would be used on detainees.

"When tasked by the Office of the Secretary of Defense, at this level -- frankly, I had no idea how it would be used," he replied. "...When tasked by my higher headquarters... I can't really turn around and tell the flag officers and the Senior Executive Service people no."
